Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
ability to stand for long periods
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
knowledge of proper food handling and safety regulations
ability to follow company procedures and guidelines
physical stamina to perform kitchen duties efficiently

adds produce and mayonnaise to burgers according to the order
properly toasts buns using the bun toaster
wraps burgers neatly and correctly
maintains a clean and organized work area
works with other Mighty Fine team members as a team player
works with speed and efficiency while maintaining excellent guest service standards and quality assurance
completes daily and weekly cleaning duties as scheduled
cleans and sanitizes kitchen areas
reports to work on time and dressed in the correct uniform
understands company policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Member Handbook
performs other tasks or duties as directed by the GM or restaurant manager
