Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
- Have comprehensive menu knowledge
- Follow proper food handling and food safety practices
- Build perfect burgers as ordered while managing multiple orders simultaneously
- Add produce and mayonnaise to burgers according to order specifications
- Properly toast buns using the bun toaster
- Wrap burgers neatly and correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate effectively with other Mighty Fine team members
- Work with speed and efficiency while maintaining excellent guest service standards and quality assurance
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties as scheduled, including sanitizing kitchen areas
- Report to work on time and dressed in the correct uniform
- Understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other tasks or duties as directed by management
