Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have your own car, driver’s license, valid registration, and valid insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with local delivery area or willingness to learn
- Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience in delivery or customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time effectively to complete deliveries within designated areas
- Maintain a clean driving record and ensure vehicle is in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies while delivering
