The San Antonio, TX (Gardendale) store, located at 4316 Gardendale, is currently hiring Delivery Drivers who will play a crucial role in representing the brand to customers. As a Delivery Driver, you are the visible face of Insomnia Cookies outside the bakery, delivering not just cookies but the magical experience that the company is known for. You will be responsible for ensuring each order is packed accurately and delivered quickly and safely within a busy but manageable delivery zone. This role emphasizes quality customer service, requiring drivers to engage professionally and positively whether interacting with customers in-person or over the phone.

Drivers will use the company’s delivery app to track and update the status of orders, maintaining real-time communication that enhances the customer experience.
