The new Insomnia Cookies location in Eau Claire, WI at 409 Water St is now actively hiring Delivery Drivers to join its dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences while being on the move. As a Delivery Driver, you will serve as the face of the company, engaging directly with customers and delivering not just cookies but a memorable, joyful experience. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring daily orders are checked for accuracy and quality, delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream promptly and safely, and representing Insomnia Cookies with professionalism and positivity.

Job Requirements

Must have own car, valid registration, and insurance
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to work flexible part-time schedules
Must maintain a valid driver's license
Ability to pass motor vehicle background check
Must have a smartphone with data plan

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license

Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of the local area within a 2-mile radius preferred but not required

Job Duties

Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions in person or by phone
Use the company delivery app to meet approved standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
Manage delivery routes efficiently within the designated delivery zone
Adhere to company policies and safety protocols during all deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
