Job Requirements
- At least six months of experience in a customer service focused role preferred
- Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
- Customer service focused with willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Great communication, organizational and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
- Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
- Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
