The Waco store at 1508 Speight Ave Suite 130, Waco, TX 76706 is currently seeking to hire friendly and energetic individuals to join their Cookie Crew team. This position is a combination of customer service and baking, where team members serve as the face of the store and also take pride in baking warm and delicious cookies fresh for customers. The role involves greeting guests, taking and verifying orders, baking cookies to perfection, and ensuring prompt, accurate delivery of orders both in-store and for takeout or delivery. Cookie Crew members also handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the bakery.

Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
- help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
- bake our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream
- ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
- cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
