The South Bend location, situated at 2130 South Bend Ave, South Bend, IN 46637, is currently looking to hire a part-time Cookie Crew member. The role revolves around being the ultimate Insomniac, as you are the primary point of contact for customers at the front of the store. This exciting and dynamic position combines interpersonal customer service skills with hands-on bakery work, giving you the opportunity to both interact directly with guests and bake fresh cookies daily. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $14.00 per hour and boasts a flexible scheduling system that accommodates part-time hours, allowing for excellent work-life balance.

As a Cookie Crew member, you will have various responsibilities including greeting and assisting customers, accurately taking orders, and providing a warm, friendly in-person and phone interaction. Beyond customer service, you will also bake the bakery's signature warm and delicious cookies to perfection, serve ice cream, package takeout and delivery orders, manage cash payments with accuracy, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the bakery workspace.
