As a member of the Cookie Crew at Insomnia Cookies’ Edinburg location, you will be the frontline ambassador for the brand, delivering excellent customer service while baking scrumptious cookies fresh throughout your shift. Your role involves interacting directly with customers by greeting them warmly and efficiently managing orders both in person and over the phone. You will provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that is critical to the Insomnia Cookies experience. Beyond customer interaction, you will be responsible for baking cookies to perfection, preparing sweet treats such as cookie and ice cream scoops, and ensuring that delivery orders are packaged accurately and sent out promptly. Financial accuracy is also essential, as you will handle cash and payments, reconciling to avoid shortages or overages. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the bakery is a key part of your responsibilities, contributing to a safe and inviting environment for both customers and team members.
