The role of a Cookie Crew member at the New Brunswick, NJ store located at 176 Easton Ave is an exciting opportunity to be the face of Insomnia Cookies in the community. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible not only for interacting warmly and effectively with customers but also for baking the bakery’s signature warm and delicious cookies. In this position, you will be the ultimate insomniac, greeting guests promptly, assisting with menu items, and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Baking cookies to perfection is a crucial responsibility, along with preparing scoops of ice cream to complete the delightful cookie experience. You will ensure all delivery orders are packaged correctly and dispatched efficiently. Handling cash and payments accurately with no errors is essential, alongside maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery environment.

Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
- Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
- Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and prepare a scoop of ice cream
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery environment
