The role of Cook/Housekeeper within DDI’s Adult Residential Services is a vital position that combines meal preparation with household maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the residents. This part-time position offers shifts Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm, with hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $20.35. As a Cook/Housekeeper, you will directly support individuals with disabilities by providing nutritious, well-prepared meals aligned with nutritionist-approved menus, while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the residential facility. The job entails heavy cleaning tasks including bathrooms, kitchens, and common living areas, as well as shopping and meal planning to ensure proper food rotation and adherence to dietary guidelines.
