Job Requirements

- Prior cooking or restaurant experience is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Keep up-to-date with new products
- Perform dishwashing duties
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
- Maintain professional knowledge by completing in-house training
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Carry out instructions given by the leadership team
