The role currently available is for a Cook who will play a critical part in enhancing the daily lives of seniors through the preparation and presentation of well-balanced, delicious meals tailored to meet their unique dietary needs. Cooks at Encore Senior Living are responsible for utilizing menus designed specifically for seniors, employing adaptability and critical thinking to accommodate individual preferences and changes to ensure satisfaction. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One year of experience in food preparation or equivalent preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong commitment to professionalism and care
- Willingness to undergo full training program
- Ability to work well with elderly populations
