Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Passion for working with seniors
- Flexible, energetic, and people-oriented with professionalism
- Willingness to complete full training program provided by Encore Senior Living
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience preparing food from scratch or equivalent preferred
- Capable of adapting to menu changes and resident preferences
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate senior care
Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to specialized senior menus
- Present and serve meals in a timely and appealing manner
- Clean kitchen and dining areas after meal services
- Store food safely to maintain freshness and quality
- Adapt menus as needed to meet resident satisfaction and dietary requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations
