Currently, Boiling Point is seeking passionate and motivated candidates to join their team as cooks. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards set by the company for food quality, preparation, and presentation while ensuring an outstanding dining experience for all patrons. The position is available for both full-time and part-time employment with competitive pay ranging from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, plus tips. Candidates will have the opportunity to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts from day to night. As a cook at Boiling Point, you will be responsible for preparing food items in a timely and sanitary manner while closely following the company's recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines. Understanding and maintaining kitchen equipment is a critical part of the role, as is ensuring personal health and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a restaurant environment, preferably as a cook, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills alongside the ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team.

Job Requirements
- No education required
- Preferred 1+ year of experience working in a restaurant environment
- Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Able to multitask and work in a team environment
- Proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office Suite products
- Ability to continuously stand or walk
- Ability to bend and lift occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently
- Must pass a background check and employment verification
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by BP's gold standard
- Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station
- Responsible for maintaining all equipment machines to prepare food including powering on and off at the beginning and close of the restaurant
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
- Verify that prepared food meets BP requirements for quality
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
- Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
- Ensure compliance with BP's code of ethics, integrity and conduct
