- Good knife skills
- Ability to learn and thrive in a fast paced environment

- Assists in keeping kitchen clean including storage areas

- Drug test required excluding THC
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in restaurant or banquet cooking preferred
- Experience in execution of appetizers, salads, action stations and entree firing
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Possess a team member spirit and work closely with others
- Strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Prepare a wide variety of cuisine focusing on local product and seasonality
- Support a la carte and private event food production
- Ensure consistent food preparation and plate presentation for a la carte venues and catered events
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment
- Assist in preparation and execution of banquets and special events
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and sanitarily
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
