Job Requirements

  • previous food service supervisory experience required
  • ability to work full time schedule including rotating weekends and holidays
  • ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
  • adherence to company policies and procedures
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
  • willingness to maintain a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • previous food service supervisory experience
  • ability to train and manage a team
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
  • experience with food production and portion control
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to operate and clean kitchen equipment
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Train employees
  • plan, assign and direct work
  • appraise performance
  • reward and discipline associates
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • advise management of purchasing requirements
  • use approved food recipes and production standards
  • operate and clean equipment according to procedures
  • store, label and date food items
  • maintain food rotation to minimize spoilage
  • follow HACCP guidelines
  • operate food-service equipment safely
  • help serve meals and receive customer feedback
  • perform other duties as assigned
