The Cook Supervisor role at the Summit correctional facility kitchen located in South Bend, Indiana, is a full-time, onsite position focused on leading and supervising kitchen staff to ensure outstanding food service operations. This dynamic position requires an experienced cook supervisor who will coordinate and oversee employee tasks to maximize operational efficiency and compliance with food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Job Requirements
