This dynamic position requires an experienced cook supervisor who will coordinate and oversee employee tasks to maximize operational efficiency and compliance with food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This role emphasizes the importance of scratch cooking methods, high-volume food preparation, and team leadership. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure are critical success factors. Additionally, candidates must have proven supervisory experience and be capable of providing friendly, helpful customer service within a correctional setting. The compensation for this role starts at $18.50 per hour, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of full-time employees.

Summit's commitment extends beyond the kitchen, offering employees robust benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, voluntary accident and critical illness coverage, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, retirement plans, paid time off, sick leave, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and more.
