Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year culinary experience
  • knowledge of food service and sanitation standards
  • ability to work onsite full-time
  • strong multitasking abilities
  • leadership skills
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment
  • complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • experience supervising a team
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • friendly and helpful customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • ensuring meal services begin on time
  • ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • coordinating and supervising the work of kitchen employees
  • maintaining compliance with food safety standards
  • managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • supervising and leading a team
