The role of Cook Supervisor at Summit's correctional facility kitchen in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, offers a unique and dynamic opportunity for culinary professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on ensuring the efficient operation of kitchen staff while maintaining rigorous culinary standards. The Cook Supervisor will play an essential role in overseeing the preparation and service of meals that meet established quality benchmarks in portion, appearance, and temperature. With a starting wage of $21.00 per hour, this role blends supervisory responsibilities with hands-on coordination and employee training.

Candidates for this position will coordinate and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring that all employees adhere to food service and sanitation protocols.
