Job Requirements

  • Must have at least one year prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment
  • thorough knowledge of culinary methods and standards
  • proven ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • experience in supervising a team
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • food handlers certification preferred
  • ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking
  • complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • experience supervising a team
  • high-level product knowledge
  • ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • food handlers certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • ensuring meal services begin on time
  • ensuring portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and adherence to standards
  • coordinating daily kitchen operations to meet high-volume demands
  • monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • providing leadership and support to team members
