Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • proven supervisory experience
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • willingness to work onsite full-time

Job Qualifications

  • At least one years’ prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
  • complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • high-level product knowledge
  • experience providing friendly and helpful customer service
  • experience supervising a team

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • ensuring meal services begin on time
  • ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and adherence to standards
  • coordinating work schedules and kitchen operations
  • maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
  • monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
