Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role
- At least two years’ foodservice experience
- Proven track record of financial responsibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Recruiting the staffing team including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams
- Training and retaining the large foodservice staff
- Ensuring high quality food delivery and friendly service
- Running the business professionally, efficiently, and profitably
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with employees
- Maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- Overseeing culinary and operational functions
