Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one years prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment
- Experience in scratch cooking
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising a team
- Knowledge of culinary methods and sanitation standards
- Food Handlers certification preferred
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Job Qualifications
- At least one years prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
- Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
- Experience supervising a team
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- High-level product knowledge
- Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Food Handlers certification preferred
Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- Ensuring meal services begin on time
- Monitoring portion, appearance, and temperature for all food items to maintain quality
- Supervising kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency
- Enforcing adherence to established culinary standards and safety procedures
- Coordinating daily kitchen activities to meet fast-paced demand
- Providing support and guidance to team members to promote a positive work environment
