Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- ensuring meal services begin on time
- ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
- coordinating and supervising the work of kitchen staff
- maintaining compliance with health and safety standards
- managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- providing friendly and helpful customer service
