The Cook Supervisor role at Summit offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to lead and manage food preparation teams in a dynamic correctional facility environment. Job Requirements
- At least one year of culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking
- Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
- Experience supervising a team
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Food Handlers certification preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Must be able to work onsite in Santa Rosa, California
