Job Requirements

  • At least one year of culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking
  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Food Handlers certification preferred
  • Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • Must be able to work onsite in Santa Rosa, California

Job Qualifications

  • Prior culinary experience in high-volume environments
  • Knowledge of culinary methods and food safety standards
  • Experience in supervising a team
  • Ability to train and mentor employees

Job Duties

  • Train and instruct food service employees on culinary methods and sanitation standards
  • Ensure meal services begin on time and maintain proper portion control
  • Oversee food preparation to meet appearance and temperature standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and compliance with safety regulations
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Monitor quality and consistency of meals served
  • Provide leadership and support to a culinary team
