Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years experience in a supervisory role
  • At least two years foodservice experience
  • Proven track record of financial responsibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Recruiting training and retaining a large staffing team including chefs cashiers baristas cooks and catering teams
  • Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service
  • Ensuring that the business runs in a professional efficient and profitable manner
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees
  • Overseeing safety and sanitation compliance within the food service operations
  • Managing inventory and financial responsibility for the account
  • Supporting employee development and maintaining a positive work environment
