- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in food preparation
- Ability to follow standard recipes and food safety protocols
- Availability to work rotating shifts
- Knowledge of HACCP and sanitary food handling procedures
- Capable of maintaining accurate production records

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to standard recipes
- Ensure food quality meets standards for flavor, texture, appearance, temperature, nutritional value and palatability
- Record HACCP and production data accurately
- Follow correct food handling and sanitary procedures
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to meet patient and patron needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- Assist in inventory and supply management as needed
