Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in food preparation
  • Ability to follow standard recipes and food safety protocols
  • Availability to work rotating shifts
  • Knowledge of HACCP and sanitary food handling procedures
  • Capable of maintaining accurate production records

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to standard recipes
  • Ensure food quality meets standards for flavor, texture, appearance, temperature, nutritional value and palatability
  • Record HACCP and production data accurately
  • Follow correct food handling and sanitary procedures
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to meet patient and patron needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
  • Assist in inventory and supply management as needed
