This position is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting all food items accurately following Fiesta Mart’s recipes and quality standards. The role demands proficiency in portioning ingredients and cooking food on the kitchen line, including sautéing, frying, and other cooking techniques. The Cook ensures the use of the freshest ingredients and adheres strictly to sanitation and safety practices to maintain product consistency and food safety. Additionally, the Cook assists with customer orders, serves food as needed, and helps maintain the cleanliness of the department, contributing to a smooth operational flow. Flexibility in working hours is essential as the role involves shifts during nights and weekends. Importantly, the position requires a Food Handler Card or an equivalent certification to handle, prepare, and serve food safely and responsibly.
