Job Requirements

  • professional and outgoing manner
  • 2 plus years of culinary experience
  • ability to work hands-on in a kitchen environment with multiple meal periods
  • handle high-volume productions including frying, carving, and steaming of meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry
  • proficiency with fryer, broiler, and flat grill
  • ability to prep, side work, clean, stock, and communicate well
  • adherence to health department regulations
  • valid health card
