Job Requirements

  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and production instructions
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, portioning, and serving food items
  • Follow production prep list and keep accurate records
  • Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
  • Wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
  • Store prepared food items safely and ensure they are properly date labeled
  • Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices and comply with all laws and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
