Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to four years relevant food service experience
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Physical ability to stand, kneel, lift 30 pounds, carry, push, walk, and bend
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Basic English language proficiency
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Culinary arts degree or certificate preferred
- Two to four years experience in fast-paced restaurant, catering, or relevant food service
- Proactive, self-motivated, organized with good prioritization skills
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to read and retain recipes, prep lists, menus, and signage
- Basic math skills
- Ability to speak and read basic English
- Strong teamwork skills in stressful environments
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, lift at least 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, walk briskly, and bend
- Experience working in fast-paced professional kitchens in close quarters
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Report for scheduled events on time and promptly to assigned areas
- Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- Report to direct supervisor for prep lists and timelines
- Carry out assigned tasks timely and safely using correct recipes
- Maintain walk-in coolers, reach-ins, dry storage, and all work areas
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all menus including specials
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, attendants, runners, chefs, and management
- Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly kitchen environment
- Complete closing duties and checkout with manager or supervisor
- Be aware of kitchen layout and back of house areas and direct staff and guests accordingly
- Be aware of other food and beverage outlets within the venue
- Adapt to reassignment to different locations as venue needs arise
- Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Follow safety policies, procedures, and complete relevant safety training
