Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a cook
- working knowledge of broiler, pantry, and saute stations
- previous country club or restaurant experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with tasks requested
- work at an efficient pace to meet business needs
- set up and stock food items and supplies
- maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements
- properly handle food and ensure correct storage
- perform inventory checks
- complete food storage logs
