  • prior experience as a cook
  • working knowledge of broiler, pantry, and saute stations
  • previous country club or restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with tasks requested
  • work at an efficient pace to meet business needs
  • set up and stock food items and supplies
  • maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements
  • properly handle food and ensure correct storage
  • perform inventory checks
  • complete food storage logs
