- must be available to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly
- physical ability to lift and carry food items
- willingness to work in a fast-paced food service environment
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service preferred
Job Qualifications

- experience in volume food production or institutional cooking preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- strong organizational and time management skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- coordinate and prepare large volume food production for patients, cafeteria, and catering events
- ensure safe food handling and compliance with health regulations
- develop and modify menus as needed
- assemble meals and control portions accurately
- manage inventory effectively
- maintain infection control and sanitation standards
- follow established food service policies and procedures
