Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years direct culinary experience
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, crouch, kneel, stoop, work in a warm kitchen environment, and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years direct experience in a culinary role
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Partner with manager to exploit current culinary trends and implement new and on-brand initiatives
- Collaborate with manager to create menus for special events as needed
- Work with Restaurant Manager to ensure proper communication with co-workers
- Be a motivating presence and leader to the staff to constantly improve and exceed customer expectations
