Job Duties
- Sets up the batter table and prepares batter mix
- Ensures call sheets are complete, posted, and used
- Checks equipment and reports malfunctions
- Color balances fryers and maintains shortening levels
- Filters and cleans fryers following safety guidelines
- Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs
- Prepares and cooks food products as directed
- Ensures food products meet quality and safety standards as per the OSM
- Maintains clean work area by practicing clean-as-you-go
- Verifies stocked products and supplies at batter area
- Maintains organization and cleanliness of cooler
- Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge
