Job Duties
- Set up the batter table and prepare batter mix
- Ensure call sheets are complete, posted and used
- Check equipment and report malfunctions to Manager in Charge
- Color balance fryers and maintain proper shortening levels
- Filter and clean fryers according to safety guidelines
- Pan sufficient chicken for operational needs
- Prepare and cook food products as directed by Manager in Charge
- Ensure all food products meet specifications, procedures and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness through clean-as-you-go practices
- Verify stock levels and maintain organization of cooler
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge
