Job Duties

  • Set up the batter table and prepare batter mix
  • Ensure call sheets are complete, posted and used
  • Check equipment and report malfunctions to Manager in Charge
  • Color balance fryers and maintain proper shortening levels
  • Filter and clean fryers according to safety guidelines
  • Pan sufficient chicken for operational needs
  • Prepare and cook food products as directed by Manager in Charge
  • Ensure all food products meet specifications, procedures and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness through clean-as-you-go practices
  • Verify stock levels and maintain organization of cooler
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge
