Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous culinary experience preferred
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- friendly service approach
- flexible availability including holidays and weekends
- punctual and responsible with clock-in/out procedures
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

- Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred

- flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends

- able to give sufficient notice when calling out
Job Duties
- Prepare meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
- comply with food safety certification requirements including Food Handlers Safety Training
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas in compliance with State Board of Health regulations
- complete necessary food and station preparations prior to restaurant opening
- ensure knowledge and proper use of all safety equipment
- assist in storage and proper rotation of food items according to hotel procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
