With a growing footprint across the nation, we specialize in creating life-changing programs and treatment centers that deliver exceptional care and improve the well-being of our clients. Our organization thrives on collaboration, diversity, and passionate execution, making us a distinguished name in the wellness industry. At Prosperity Wellness Center, we believe that putting clients first is not just a principle but a practice that drives everything we do. Our team is composed of the best and brightest professionals who are committed to generating positive and remarkable outcomes for those we serve. We foster an environment that values diverse perspectives, encourages creative problem-solving, and supports continuous growth both personally and professionally.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cook to join our team onsite in Tacoma, WA. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay range of $20-24. The Cook will play an integral role in ensuring quality food service by preparing meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines. Reporting to the Director of Dietary Services and working closely with the facility's clinical nutritionist, the Cook ensures that each meal meets the nutritional needs and preferences of our clients while adhering strictly to federal, state, and local food safety regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, making it essential for the Cook to effectively follow recipes, control portions, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting special diet trays to confirm dietary compliance, processing diet changes from nursing staff, and assisting in food service production to ensure timely meal delivery. Additionally, the Cook will oversee dishwashing duties and daily waste removal while adhering to HACCP procedures to maintain kitchen hygiene standards. By assisting the Director of Dietary Services in reviewing treatment plans, the Cook helps guarantee that patients’ dietary requirements are met every day. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute directly to the health and satisfaction of the individuals in our care while working in a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment. If you are passionate about food preparation, nutritional care, and are ready to be part of an innovative healthcare team, Prosperity Wellness Center invites you to apply and help shape the future of wellness programs nationwide.
