We are currently seeking experienced cooks to become integral members of our culinary team. This opportunity is open for both part-time and full-time employment, with positions available across all shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Flexibility and energy are key attributes we desire in our new team members to accommodate our busy schedule and ensure smooth kitchen operations throughout all hours. You will be responsible for preparing our signature dishes and maintaining the high standards of food quality and presentation that our guests expect. This role demands hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment including fryers, pizza ovens, and grills, making pizza experience a significant plus.

In this role, you will participate in the daily preparation, execution, and service of all food items. You will play a critical part in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, including managing waste, organizing storage areas such as walk-ins, reach-ins, and dry storage. You will also take part in inventory management by inspecting deliveries for quality and quantity and placing orders following proper procedures. This position requires someone who values safety, adheres strictly to food safety procedures, and follows workplace safety standards at all times.

Physical stamina is essential since you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, bend, squat, turn, and be on your feet for extended periods up to 8 hours a day. Our cooks are expected to be highly organized multitaskers who can thrive in a fast-paced, busy kitchen environment.
