Job Requirements

  • Pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, testing, and use of personal protective equipment
  • Availability for part-time shifts with varying time and days
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality culinary environment

Job Qualifications

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Two to five years of experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Passionate about providing exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using seasonal and local ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute creative menus
  • Ensure timely and flawless execution of dishes
  • Engage with residents and guests to provide a personalized dining experience
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and food handling regulations
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation in the kitchen operations
