The Cook, Prep position is an integral role within the Food and Beverage department, tasked with preparing and producing high-quality dishes consistent with company recipes and standards. Job Requirements

  • must pass a pre-employment background check
  • minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available
  • must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • ability to lift 50 lbs / 23 kg
  • ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals
  • ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards
  • ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day

Job Duties

  • prepare and produce food per company recipes and specifications on a kitchen line and prep area in a fast-paced environment
  • food preparation and stocking workstation to ensure success for business demands
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work and storage spaces
  • stock kitchen, organize products, inspect food quality
  • completing food safety protocols and logs with assistance and direction from management
  • contribute effectively to a positive employee and guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance
