Join our exciting seasonal team as a Seasonal Line Cook for the 2026 summer season at a vibrant poolside kitchen. As a Seasonal Line Cook, you will be a key member of our kitchen team responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items following strict recipe and presentation guidelines. You will maintain quality by ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen is fresh, hot, and appealing to guests. Working alongside kitchen and front-of-house staff, you’ll help create smooth operations that keep our high-volume kitchen running efficiently. Safety and cleanliness are priorities, and you will uphold all health and safety regulations, managing your workstation to the highest standard throughout each shift. The position requires operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills and fryers. Beyond cooking duties, you’ll assist with prep work, inventory management, restocking, and daily opening and closing kitchen procedures. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation to work location
  • Willingness to obtain food handler's certification if not already certified
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, following recipes and presentation standards
