The environment is fast-paced and demanding, typical of high-end kitchens, requiring skill, dedication, and a passion for culinary excellence. Our team of Employee Partners works collaboratively to ensure that every dish meets our stringent standards, and that all safety and sanitation protocols are rigorously followed. The Cook role is integral to our culinary operations. This position involves supporting both a la carte dining and catering services, ensuring that food preparation and plate presentation meet our exacting standards. The Cook is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace and assists in various kitchen stations such as broiler, pantry, and sauté. Working closely with the Sous Chef, this role requires careful attention to menu requirements, food supplies, and preparation techniques. The Cook must have a sound understanding of sanitation practices, a sense of urgency in service delivery, and the ability to work well within a team environment. Engage in daily food preparation with a focus on quality and presentation, respond promptly to kitchen demands, and uphold our commitment to exceptional culinary service. This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
