Attention to detail in setting up and breaking down your work station will be essential, along with adhering to company policies related to food safety, security, and workplace conduct. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, as well as lifting and carrying objects up to 25 pounds.
The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and a minimum of one year of relevant culinary experience. While supervisory experience is not required, a willingness to engage collaboratively with team members and effectively communicate will be highly valued. Working at Courtyard by Marriott means joining a diverse, inclusive environment where associates’ unique backgrounds and talents are celebrated and leveraged to create outstanding guest experiences.
As part of Marriott International, employees benefit from comprehensive compensation packages, including access to 401(k) plans, stock purchase options, and discounts at Marriott properties.
