Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Culinary training, certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience
Food Handler’s Permit or ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
5 or more years of professional cooking experience in healthcare, school/institution food service or commercial dining
