- At least two years of experience in kitchen or food preparation
- Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others
- Self-motivated and organized
- Professionally conduct oneself in a kitchen environment
- Capable of multitasking and working independently
- Strong customer service skills

- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
- Secure items timely for food preparation
- Ensure proper storage of leftovers
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Adhere to sanitation and food safety standards
- Communicate and work cohesively with restaurant team members
