Job Requirements

High School degree or equivalent
experience in meal preparation and cleaning
must provide own transportation
ability to organize kitchen and storage areas
ability to keep pantry clean and orderly
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
ability to work well under stress
physical ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds
good communication skills
willingness to adhere to the Catholic faith and its values

Job Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent
successful work experience in meal preparation
experience in completing cleaning plans
good organizational skills
good interpersonal skills
ability to purchase food and supplies responsibly
integrity with handling financial transactions
appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings

Job Duties

Plans and prepares meals
purchases food
cleans the kitchen
collaborates with the Pastor in determining meal schedule and food budget
prepares dinner for Pastor and guests for dinner meetings on occasion
prepares multi-cultural meals as requested
serves as receptionist for the Pastor's house
greets visitors and provides information and referrals
maintains customer confidence and confidentiality
contributes to team efforts
monitors timeliness to complete all jobs
