The role available at Spectrum Retirement Communities is a part-time culinary position requiring weekend availability, ideal for individuals passionate about food preparation and hospitality within a supportive and dynamic team environment. This position also involves collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef to oversee critical aspects of food and supply management. Responsibilities include timely procurement of ingredients and supplies, proper storage of leftovers, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
