Ability to work as a team

Job Duties

Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines
Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100 percent of the time
Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system
Restocks work station with food products as needed
Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department
Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards
Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times
Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
Completes and abides by all training requirements
Performs all other duties as assigned
