This job opportunity is for experienced cooks passionate about working in a full scratch kitchen environment, part-time shifts, and offers a competitive pay range of $19 to $21 per hour. Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE requirements as per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
  • Ability to execute dishes flawlessly and promptly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh and seasonal dishes from scratch in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen
  • Collaborate with culinary team to maintain high-quality standards and presentation
  • Communicate effectively with staff and residents to ensure excellent service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstation
  • Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Participate in training and skill development activities
