Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE requirements as per regulatory guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
- Ability to execute dishes flawlessly and promptly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and seasonal dishes from scratch in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen
- Collaborate with culinary team to maintain high-quality standards and presentation
- Communicate effectively with staff and residents to ensure excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstation
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in training and skill development activities
